Our WordPress Support plans are very straightforward, but we’ve answered some common WordPress support questions below. How much WordPress development work can you do in an hour?
In an hour we can edit WordPress page templates, customise WordPress post types, or even create a functional lead generation page with the contact form. We will always let you know if we think we may need more hours than your package allows, and explain why.
What happens if I don’t use my package hours?
We are pro-actively monitoring and checking your WordPress updates and website loading speed, to ensure you get the most out of your package. We will add recommendations from our designers and developers in your Task Management area. Our goal is to help your business succeed.
What are your support hours?
Our default hours are 8 am – 6pm GMT (London) . If there is an emergency (website infected with malware, hacked or website is down), we are available 24/7 and will work until we fix the issue!
Do you cover websites not built on WordPress?
Yes. We cover other website sites build. Please contact us for more information.
Do you provide support for bespoke WordPress sites?
Does your support cover hosting/server issues?
Yes, only on Optimise and Perform plans.
I am looking for support because my site is broken/hacked, can you fix it?
We can fix it before you take out a support plan. We have WordPress Quick Fix product in our shop. Once fixed, we can then talk about ongoing support.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Do I need to give you access to my Wp Admin and Hosting?
Yes. Before we do this, we’ll send you our Non-disclosure agreement. This is a formal document that explains what we will and won’t do to your site. It also confirms that we will act in the strictest confidence when working on your site.
I have several sites, will you do me a deal?
Yes absolutely. Give us a call we can talk about discounts and bespoke support packages.
Do you have a Service Level Agreement?
Yes. We’ve purposefully kept it very simple, and it can be found here.
